This dress will fit a dog with a neck measurement of 8.5" - 10.5" and a chest measurement 14" to 15.5". If you are unsure how to measure, please message me. Miss Dolly Butters is modeling it, and she is a 9" neck and 13" chest, and it fits her perfect. ➡️ It does not have a D-ring.
This dress was made for a huge fashion show in LA, and I made it so when worn the little lady would feel really regal. LOL The fabric is very soft and has a gold shimmer to it, with a shimmery lace collar, beautiful trim around the whole skirt, and a beautiful flower at the waist that is adorned with a pearl and pure Austrian crystals.
